	Bluing tapes verifying minimum 90% taper contact and a detailed Certificate of Compliance certifying the material and processes ships standard. Full inspection reports are provided to verify all dimensions and certify the quality of our work. Any and all quality documentation you require will be provided. Every one of our suppliers and outsource partners must meet the same strict AS9100 and ISO9001 quality requirements to which we hold our own administrative, production, and inspection processes.
Two levels of inspection and calibration are available for Revolver and other entries in the Compliance Custom Gage line: Standard and Premium.

Standard: Inspection performed in a temperature controlled environment to ISO9001 and AS9100 process quality standards. NIST traceable. Ring gage size and geometry inspected on certified calibrated 12 point CMM. Taper gage inspected on certified sine bar designed to accurately measure taper per foot. Premium: Inspection and calibration performed in full climate controlled environment to the ISO17025 standard. Includes roundness calibration and an official Certificate of Calibration in addition to all aspects of the standard service.
