Alliance Innovative is going big in 2012
Bigger parts, Broader capabilities
Alliance Innovative is entering the large format machining market in early 2012 with $2.3m in equipment additions and facility upgrades. We have spent 2011 restructuring and implementing cell manufacturing to create space for the new equipment creating increased efficiency and flexibility on the shop floor.
The equipment upgrades significantly broaden our capabilities by adding 5 Axis Milling capabilities and nearly doubling our maximum diameter and length. The multi-functionality of the equipment also allows multiple operations—including CMM inspection—to be completed in one machine in a single pass without reorientation of the part.
