CNC/Manual Machinists

Alliance Innovative Manufacturing, Precision Contract Manufacturer of Machined Components is currently seeking experienced CNC and Manual Machinists. First and Second shift positions available.

This position includes:
• Working from blueprint, specifications or written instructions to rough and finish parts to close tolerances.
• Loading parts, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, performing tool calibrations, deburring and performing self inspection on parts in-process and upon completion for conformance to requirements.

Skills Required:
• Knowledge of measurement instruments.
• Blueprint reading.
• Shop mathematics/Trigonometry.
• 5 years experience.

Working Supervisor- Night Shift

Alliance Innovative Manufacturing, Precision Contract Manufacturer of Machined Components is currently seeking a Working Supervisor for our Night Shift.

We are looking for a well-rounded, highly efficient, self organized individual with the knowledge and ability to supervise up to 10 employees and oversee production as our night shift continues to grow.

A requirement of the Working Supervisor position is to run and operate machines on a daily basis.
As our night shift continues to grow, this position will develop into a supervisory only position of Night Shift Supervisor.
Working Supervisor must have the ability to oversee production of CNC & Manual Lathes, CNC & Manual Mills, O.D. & I.D. Grinders, EDM & Honing operations.

Job Requirements:
• Responsible for all manufacturing efficiencies
• Strong background in machine programming, set-up & best machining practices
• Strong background in manual machining
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and manage
• Knowledge of inspection equipment (CMM)

Night Shift is Monday through Thursday 4:30pm to 4:30am, as well as some arranged Friday shifts from 4:30pm to 10:30pm.
